Account Manager – Public Sector Recruitment

About the role

Gold Group Ltd is seeking a motivated Account Manager to lead its Public sector desk. You will join a fast‑growing recruitment team, working hybrid from East Grinstead, and help match specialist candidates with client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source prospective candidates via job boards, social media, LinkedIn and internal databases.
• Engage candidates through proactive headhunting and targeted outreach.
• Conduct telephone interviews to assess suitability for a range of roles.
• Write and publish job adverts, manage incoming applications and generate leads.
• Support business development activities and work towards clearly defined KPIs.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for high‑volume client accounts and build strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Proven ability to present to internal stakeholders and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and resilience.
• Motivation to learn and develop a long‑term career in recruitment.
