About the role
We are seeking an Account Manager to join a small but international recruitment agency based near Liverpool Street, London. The role focuses on placing candidates worldwide and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Place individuals with client contacts across the globe.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and corporate clients.
- Manage recruitment logistics and ensure smooth candidate placement processes.
- Maintain and update the agency’s CRM database.
- Collaborate with the team in a positive, non‑cold‑calling environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience in recruitment.
- Degree‑level education preferred.

What we offer
- Base salary £33,000‑£35,000 (flexible) plus a competitive commission structure.
- Hybrid working – Monday remote, office Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm.
- Annual travel abroad and participation in charity events.
