Account Manager – Recruitment Agency

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to join a small but international recruitment agency based near Liverpool Street, London. The role focuses on placing candidates with clients worldwide, building strong relationships, and supporting the end‑to‑end recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Place individuals with client contacts across the globe.
• Develop and maintain relationships with both candidates and corporate clients.
• Manage recruitment logistics, including interview coordination and offer administration.
• Maintain and update the agency’s CRM database.
• Collaborate with a social, team‑oriented environment without cold‑calling.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment or a related talent‑acquisition role.
• Degree‑level education preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• CRM proficiency.
