Account Manager – Recruitment-focused

About the role

We are seeking a driven Account Manager to join our fast‑paced recruitment team in Ellesmere Port. The role blends full‑cycle (360) recruitment, account management and business development to deliver tailored resourcing solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, maintaining strong relationships.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from business development and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Build and manage a robust candidate pipeline and delivery plan for each vacancy.
• Collaborate with internal resourcing teams to meet hiring targets and service level agreements.
• Prepare regular performance reports, commercial forecasts and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Prioritise competing demands, stay resilient under pressure and consistently achieve targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment and account management, preferably within a 360 recruitment model.
• Demonstrated sales and business development success, with a track record of winning and growing accounts.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Resilient, results‑focused and comfortable working to KPIs and targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
