Account Manager – Social Housing

About the role

The Account Manager will lead the promotion of a consortium‑based procurement service for social housing organisations across the West Midlands. Working for a specialist recruitment partner, you will help a social enterprise expand its customer‑service offering by securing new members and growing existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new social housing customers for the procurement consortium.
• Market the suite of services covering asset management, property services, compliance, construction, building safety and development.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing members to drive upsell and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Track sales targets and report on market feedback and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social housing, property asset management, construction or building safety.
• Strong consultative sales approach with a track record of business development and account management.
• Ability to work target‑driven while contributing to a team focused on social value.
• Familiarity with procurement frameworks and the housing sector is desirable.
