Account Manager – Workplace Vaccinations

About the role

Our client, a market leader in workplace vaccinations across the UK, is seeking an Account Manager to join its Slough office. The role focuses on nurturing existing client relationships and driving growth of vaccination programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain an opportunity pipeline, ensuring quotations are followed up promptly to secure sales.
• Issue renewal quotes to portfolio clients and follow up to secure renewals.
• Grow the portfolio by maximising vaccine uptake, cross‑selling and upselling where relevant.
• Manage the client database and ensure accurate record‑keeping using Salesforce CRM.
• Maintain up‑to‑date market and product knowledge (training provided as needed).
• Achieve KPIs and actively support marketing campaigns and projects.
• Arrange and manage workplace vaccination clinics, ensuring quality service delivery.
• Invoice clients on completion of services.
• Efficiently manage client issues and escalate complaints according to company procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales or account management.
• Experience selling within the healthcare sector or to HR managers is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work well as part of a team.
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism and a desire to learn new skills.
