About the role

Join Zurich Insurance’s three‑year Accounting Graduate Programme in Whiteley and gain real‑life experience in a leading insurance business. You will rotate across three accounting teams, study for a globally recognised qualification and work on projects that add value to the business and its customers.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in day‑to‑day accounting activities across three one‑year rotations.
• Deliver real projects such as process transformation, financial support to the business and management information development.

Required profile

• Indefinite right to work and reside in the UK, with at least three consecutive years of UK residence.
• 2:1 (or equivalent) undergraduate degree (any discipline) predicted or achieved within the last three years.
• Minimum 96 UCAS points from three A‑levels (or equivalent) and GCSE C/4 in English and Maths.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build working relationships.
