Accounts Administrator – Finance Support

About the role

The Accounts Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the finance department, ensuring smooth handling of enquiries and efficient coordination of work across the team. You will act as a central point of contact for internal queries and help maintain accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Manage shared finance inboxes and respond to enquiries promptly.
• Coordinate workloads and tasks across the accounts department.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to the wider finance team.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and accurate records.
• Support general administrative duties as required by the accounts function.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an accounts or finance environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy setting.
• Proactive, reliable and team‑oriented attitude.
