Accounts Administrator

About the role

An established and growing company is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join its small office team in Dartford. The role provides both administrative and accounts support, working closely with an off‑site wider team, offering a varied workload and the chance to contribute across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls, respond to emails and handle general enquiries.
• Process purchase and sales invoices.
• Process weekly timesheets and support payroll administration.
• Manage supplier accounts and resolve account queries.
• Assist with account reconciliations and general finance administration.
• Maintain accurate records and update office systems.
• Support applications, valuations and cost tracking where required.
• Provide administrative assistance to directors and colleagues.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar accounts administration role (desirable).
• Good working knowledge of accounts administration.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
