About the role

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Support bank reconciliations, payment runs and credit‑control activities.
• Assist with month‑end tasks and maintain accurate finance records.
• Respond to supplier and customer queries professionally.
• Provide general administrative support to the wider finance function.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an accounts, finance or bookkeeping role.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Positive, reliable and professional approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
