Accounts Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accounts Assistant to support the finance team of a fast‑moving subsidiary with approximately €40 million in sales. The role focuses on accounts payable, multi‑currency invoicing and accurate record‑keeping, offering a solid foundation for a career in financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions and ensure timely payments.
• Enter financial data accurately and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Reconcile accounts using MS Navision.
• Assist with month‑end closing and prepare required reports.
• Support invoice processing, expense claims and shipping‑cost allocation.
• Maintain organised documentation for audit purposes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments.
• Proactive, self‑starting attitude in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• MS Navision (or similar accounting software).
