Accounts & Audit Senior

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Audit Senior to join a leading accountancy firm in Oxted. You will manage a diverse client portfolio, delivering high‑quality accounting and audit services while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review statutory accounts in line with relevant regulations.
• Plan, execute and oversee audits from start to completion.
• Assist clients with tax computations and filings.
• Provide technical accounting advice and support to clients.
• Supervise junior staff, offering guidance and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client services and drive business growth.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA or ACCA).
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
• Experience in a professional services environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
