Accounts Manager – Flexible Working & Development

Key responsibilities

• Prepare statutory financial statements for corporate and personal clients.
• Review and oversee the preparation of VAT returns.
• Prepare corporate and personal tax returns.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with partners and directors to provide client support and relationship management.

Required profile

• Fully qualified ACA or ACCA (outstanding part‑qualified candidates considered).
• Strong background in an accountancy practice environment.
• Excellent customer‑facing and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
