Accounts Operation Executive

About the role

The Accounts Operation Executive supports Account Managers in driving sales and maintaining strong customer relationships. Acting as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers, you will provide professional sales support, process orders, manage administration and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve supply or data‑related discrepancies.
• Provide clear guidance and communication to account managers, supporting customers and suppliers.
• Prepare quotes and process orders efficiently and accurately.
• Manage internal and external communications via mailbox and telephony.
• Assist other business areas on an ad‑hoc basis as required.

• Strong communication skills, empathy and ability to support team and customers.
• Effective time‑management, prioritising tasks and adhering to SLA requirements.
• Proactive attitude to challenge the norm and suggest improvements.

What we offer

• Salary: £28,663.06 per annum.
• Hybrid working model – three days in the Manchester office.
