Accounts Payable Administrator

About the role

A leading developer, owner and asset manager of real estate across the UK and Europe is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join its London finance team. Reporting to the UK Financial Controller, you will manage key accounts payable processes delivered by an outsourced provider.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee supplier payment runs, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Review and reconcile intercompany balances.
• Support short‑term cash‑flow forecasting.
• Resolve supplier payment, invoice and purchase order queries.
• Collaborate with the outsourced finance provider to maintain an efficient accounts payable process.
• Liaise with internal teams to investigate and resolve outstanding issues.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support wider finance team activities as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in accounts payable, finance operations or a similar role.
• Strong reconciliation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable overseeing outsourced processes and reviewing transactional information.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Confident communication with suppliers, colleagues and external service providers.
• Proactive and organised approach to work.
