Accounts Payable & Banking Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Banking Manager to lead our AP, Purchase‑to‑Pay and cash management functions. Based at our Group Office in Lupton, you will work on a hybrid schedule, collaborating with operational teams across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end Accounts Payable and Purchase‑to‑Pay processes, including invoice processing, approval workflows and timely payments.
• Manage cash management cycle: accounting, bank reconciliation, reporting and payment forecasting.
• Maintain and improve reporting on AP ageing, accruals and cash flow.
• Identify and implement process standardisation, automation and technology enhancements.
• Set, monitor and analyse KPIs to manage risk and drive continuous improvement.
• Support month‑end activities, including site performance reviews, journal entries, capex and pre‑payment checks.
• Lead, develop and allocate resources within the finance team to meet key deadlines.
