Accounts Payable Clerk (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time permanent Accounts Payable Clerk to join a large, growing global client’s finance team in Gloucester. The role is hybrid, offering two days a week in the office with flexible start and finish times and free parking.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a shared mailbox, responding to queries within a 48‑hour service level agreement.
• Investigate and resolve debit balances and aged invoices.
• Review overdue invoices, identify root causes and implement preventative actions.
• Provide support to the offshore team, handling queries and clarifying processes.
• Perform general administrative tasks to keep the accounts payable function running smoothly.
