About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join a specialist international group in Leighton Buzzard. The role is office‑based and offers autonomy with a broad remit within a supportive finance team.

Key responsibilities

  • Allocate invoices and raise purchase orders.
  • Perform statement reconciliations.
  • Handle supplier queries.
  • Reconcile petty cash.
  • Process supplier payments.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
