About the role
Join a market‑leading engineering group as an Accounts Payable Executive. You will be part of the finance team, handling supplier invoices and supporting the month‑end close in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all invoices are authorised via three‑way match or manual approval.
- Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Execute weekly BACS/SEPA payment runs and ad‑hoc priority payments.
- Process and reconcile bank statements.
- Assist with month‑end closing activities.
- Perform other ad‑hoc finance tasks as required.
Required profile
- Previous experience in invoice processing or accounts payable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Friendly telephone manner with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Good organisational and time‑management skills.
