Accounts Receivable Administrator – English & Italian

About the role

This full‑time position supports a finance team within a heritage interior design business that serves high‑status clients across the UK and Europe. You will work alongside three other credit controllers, handling accounts receivable for customers in the UK and Italy.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record incoming payments from UK and Italian customers.
• Chase overdue invoices and follow up on payment promises.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and reconcile statements.
• Communicate payment status and resolve queries in both English and Italian.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely cash flow reporting.

Required profile

• Previous experience in accounts receivable, credit control or related administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Italian.
• Ability to work independently within a Monday‑Friday office schedule.
