Accounts Semi Senior (AAT Studier)

About the role

This position is for an AAT studier who wants to develop practical accounting experience across a diverse client base in Liverpool. You will join a small, supportive team where each day brings new challenges and learning opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping and prepare VAT returns for a range of clients.
• Prepare accounts for limited companies and owner‑managed businesses.
• Assist with corporate tax and personal tax work (experience beneficial but not required).

Required profile

• Currently studying for the AAT qualification and making good progress.
• Previous experience working in an accounting practice (essential).
• Solid grounding in bookkeeping, VAT and accounts preparation.
• Any exposure to corporate or personal tax is an advantage.
• Eagerness to learn, take ownership and grow within the firm.
