Trial Balance is partnering with a Newquay‑based accountancy practice that is experiencing increased demand for its services, creating an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Semi Senior to join the team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing year‑end accounts for a varied portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
- Assist with the preparation of personal and corporate tax returns.
- Complete VAT returns and bookkeeping assignments.
- Build positive relationships with clients and respond to day‑to‑day queries.
- Support senior team members with a range of accounting assignments.
- Continue developing technical knowledge through training and practical experience.
Required profile
- Recent experience in an accountancy practice environment.
- Part or full AAT qualification (highly beneficial) or equivalent experience.
