About the role
Accountancy Connections, a well‑regarded chartered accountancy firm in Exeter, is seeking an experienced Accounts Senior with AAT qualification. You will be involved in the full spectrum of accounts preparation, supporting a friendly and professional team.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare client accounts, including profit & loss, balance sheets and tax returns.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and reconcile accounts.
- Assist senior partners with client queries and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and deadlines.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of practice experience within an accountancy firm.
- AAT qualification (or equivalent).
- Residency in or near Exeter.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
