About the role
We are seeking an Accounts Senior to join a well‑established accountancy practice in Truro. The role involves delivering statutory accounts and tax services for a diverse client base while supporting junior staff.
Key responsibilities
- Completing annual accounts and tax computations for various businesses
- Submitting self‑assessment tax returns
- Maintaining up‑to‑date accounting records
- Completing VAT returns
- Mentoring junior members of the team
Required profile
- Experienced statutory accounting professional
- Strong experience in an accountancy practice environment
- AAT qualified or part/full qualified ACA or ACCA
Required skills
- Understanding of UK tax legislation and accounting standards
