Accounts Supervisor – Finance Operations Lead

About the role

We are seeking an Accounts Supervisor to lead our finance operations team in a fast‑growing active nutrition brand. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable, managing cash flow, and driving continuous improvement across finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise finance operations processes, identifying efficiency gains.
• Oversee sales and purchase ledger activities and conduct monthly ledger reviews.
• Ensure AP and AR tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor financial controls and enforce company procedures.
• Support operational sign‑off for new systems and process enhancements.
• Own the weekly cash forecast, present findings to senior management, and manage treasury activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and finance operations.
• Demonstrated team‑leadership ability, managing a small finance team.
• Strong understanding of cash forecasting, treasury, and process improvement.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
