Accounts Supervisor

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage a small portfolio of SME businesses, maintaining regular client contact.
• Train and supervise student team members and review their work.
• Prepare limited company, LLP, partnership and sole trader accounts, as well as management accounts.
• Draft personal and corporation tax computations and assist with ad‑hoc client tasks.
• Keep up‑to‑date with accounting standards, corporation and personal tax regulations.

Required profile

• Nearly or newly qualified (ACCA, ICAS, ICEAW) with at least 3 years’ practice experience.
• Competent in preparing sole trader, FRS102 and FRS102 1A limited company accounts.
• Demonstrated commitment to first‑class client service and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage own workload, meet tight deadlines and work within budget.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
