Accuracy Checking Technician

About the role

Join the nation’s largest online pharmacy as an Accuracy Checking Technician, supporting the Digital Health Services division. Working remotely on a part‑time basis, you will help ensure the quality and safety of medication services for thousands of patients each week.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver stages 2 and 3 of the Discharge Medication Service (DMS) for patients.
• Conduct Pharmacy Contraception Service consultations following comprehensive training.
• Collaborate with pharmacy teams and cross‑functional departments to maintain robust quality controls.
• Support day‑to‑day clinical operations and contribute to a professional, collaborative workplace culture.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to work independently within a remote, part‑time schedule.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with pharmacy teams and patients.

Required skills

• Familiarity with pharmacy software systems and medication dispensing processes.
