Acting Partner / Partner in Development (Audiology)

About the role

Specsavers is seeking an experienced Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to become the Acting Partner/Partner in Development for an existing audiology business in Dover. You will own and grow the store, serve the local community, and benefit from both a guaranteed salary and profit‑sharing dividends.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a clinical and retail team to maintain high‑quality service.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, including customer care and business decisions.
• Drive growth by expanding the customer base and enhancing service offerings.
• Ensure compliance with HCPC standards and all relevant regulations.

Required profile

• HCPC‑registered Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, and clinical expertise.
• Passion for delivering excellent clinical and retail standards.
