Activities Manager

About the role

David Lloyd is looking for an Activities Manager to join its team in Turo. You will lead and manage the efficient operation of all activities in the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families departments of the club, and regularly act as Duty Manager for the whole club.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operation of activities across Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families departments
• Act as Duty Manager, responsible for the efficient running of the entire club
• Recruit, train and empower the team so that members receive an exceptional experience

Required profile

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility such as a restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility
• Experience leading a variety of functions with different challenges and goals, or across different departments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience of financial planning and management
• A passion for customer service
