Activity Co‑ordinator – Supported Housing

About the role

The Activity Co‑ordinator will develop and maintain a comprehensive directory of services and opportunities for residents of Riverside’s supported housing schemes in Camden. Working closely with local organisations, the role aims to empower customers, promote independence and deliver a varied programme of group activities.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update a directory of local services and opportunities for residents.
• Build and maintain partnerships with community organisations to expand options for customers.
• Provide advice and support to the team on individual opportunities.
• Design and deliver an organic programme of group activities across multiple locations, tailored to customer strengths and goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure best practice in social housing and specialist support.

Required profile

• Experience working with vulnerable customer groups.
• Background in delivering structured support within housing or social care.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and willingness to learn Riverside’s specific IT systems.
