Administration & Operations Manager - Wealth Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Administration & Operations Manager to lead our Wealth Management client services function. You will be the first point of contact for client enquiries, ensure seamless delivery of investment, pension, tax and estate planning services, and drive the continuous improvement of our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for client queries and liaise with product providers.
• Manage and develop administration and review processes to guarantee first‑class service.
• Oversee investment, pension, tax and estate planning support activities.
• Maintain and enhance CRM and investment‑operations systems.
• Ensure compliance, financial management and accurate reporting.
• Lead, coach and develop the client services team.
• Identify and implement operational improvements across the Wealth Management division.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of the financial planning process, preferably gained within an IFA or Wealth Management practice.
• Proven ability to manage and develop team members while handling own workload.
• Strong initiative and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Progress towards professional qualifications is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using Financial Services platforms and related IT tools.
