Administration Supervisor – Occupational Health

About the role
This temporary, full‑time position leads the Customer Services Administration team delivering occupational health services such as medicals, health surveillance and wellbeing programmes. Based in Abingdon, you will ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external suppliers to meet client timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate the Customer Services Administration team, maintaining high engagement and compliance.
- Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data and implement improvements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and third‑party suppliers to deliver services on schedule.
- Plan staffing levels and manage clinic calendars to keep booking availability.
- Provide coaching, training and maintain up‑to‑date training records.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience supervising or managing an administrative team.
- Education to A‑Level or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and a caring approach to customers and colleagues.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience with Salesforce or PowerBI.
