Administrative Team Co‑ordinator – Single Point of Access (Public Health Nursing)

About the role

This position joins the Single Point of Access (SPOA) team supporting the 0‑19 Children and Families Division of Health Visiting and the 5‑19 Community Public Health Nursing Services. Working from a Hampshire base, you will act as the front‑door for families, children and young people, ensuring they receive timely support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administrative activities for the SPOA assessment service.
• Respond to queries from service users, clinicians, health visiting and public health nursing teams.
• Facilitate communication between SPOA clinicians, health visiting, public health nursing, children services and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and manage the flow of referrals into the service.
• Prioritise workload flexibly to meet urgent demands.
