Administrator – Bridging & Development Finance (Hybrid)

About the role

Our client, a specialist lender in the bridging and development finance sector, is expanding and seeks a proactive Administrator. Working hybrid with one day a week from home, you will support the finance team in managing loan administration and ensuring smooth progression of applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Bridging and Development Finance team.
• Issue loan terms to brokers in collaboration with Sales and Credit teams.
• Liaise with applicants, chase outstanding documentation, and maintain loan files.
• Complete post‑completion administration tasks and keep records up to date.
• Maintain high‑level communication with brokers, applicants, surveyors, and solicitors throughout the lending process.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Compliance, Finance, and Collections departments.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Team‑player with a collaborative mindset.
• Previous administration experience in financial services, lending, property finance, banking or a related sector is advantageous but not essential.
