About the role
The IPS Grow team is seeking an experienced Administrator to provide proactive, reliable support for a nationally delivered programme. Working from London Bridge with a hybrid arrangement, you will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders and help improve the programme’s ways of working.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and programme support, including meeting coordination and diary management.
- Manage travel arrangements, expense processing, and basic financial administration.
- Maintain systems, data, and reporting to ensure accurate information flow.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and deliver proactive support.
Required profile
- Proven experience in an administrative, office coordination or business support role.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and handling detailed information.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and reliability.
- Independent yet collaborative, able to work with minimal supervision.
Required skills
- Strong organisational abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficiency with standard office IT systems.
What we offer
- Permanent contract with a salary of £37,000 per year.
