Administrator – Office Based – Bury

About the role

Join a well‑established clothing import business as an Administrator supporting the Director. This office‑based position in Bury offers a fast‑paced environment where you will contribute to both administrative and accounts functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Director with administrative, communication and reporting tasks.
• Provide accounts support, including purchase and sales ledger duties.
• Process sales orders and manage order administration.
• Liaise with all internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform general PA duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in an administrative or similar role, preferably within imports or apparel supply.
• Highly organised with strong time‑management and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
