Administrator & Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Administrator & Sales Executive to join a thriving company in Crayford. The role combines sales support with administrative duties, ensuring quotations, contracts and supplier relationships are managed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations for repair works, ensuring competitive pricing and timely submission.
• Proactively obtain quotes from suppliers for parts and materials.
• Manage, negotiate and secure contract renewals within the existing customer portfolio while identifying new business opportunities.
• Prepare tender submissions, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the Service Team during absences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure quotations and contracts are viable and delivered efficiently.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar sales or administrative role is desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively.
