Admissions Officer

About the role

Join Navitas Europe’s busy admissions team in Birmingham and help turn international student applications into enrolments. You will work closely with Birmingham City University College, the wider Admissions and Compliance teams, agents and regional partners to ensure a smooth, customer‑focused admissions process.

Key responsibilities

• Process international student applications using defined processes and systems
• Respond to applications and enquiries in line with service level agreements
• Assess applications accurately against current admissions requirements
• Keep agents, students and regional teams updated with relevant developments
• Support student interview administration: scheduling, recording and clear communication of outcomes
• Build effective relationships with regional teams, college stakeholders, the university partner and agents
• Contribute to achieving individual and team targets

Required profile

• Experience in a process‑driven, customer‑focused environment
• Proven ability to organise your own workload and manage a variety of task demands
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A‑Levels or equivalent
• Confidence working with detail‑heavy information and maintaining accuracy
