About the role
A leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced ADT Driver to work on the HS2 project. The role involves operating an ADT safely, transporting materials across the site and supporting live site operations in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate an ADT safely and efficiently on site, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Transport materials across the site in line with detailed site plans and delivery schedules.
- Support site operations within the live HS2 environment, coordinating with plant and ground teams.
- Work closely with site management, plant coordinators and ground crews to ensure smooth workflow.
- Carry out daily plant checks, report any defects and ensure equipment is maintained to a high standard.
- Maintain high health and safety standards at all times, following site-specific procedures.
Required profile
- Blue CPCS certification.
- Proven experience operating an ADT on major infrastructure or civil projects.
- Strong understanding of site health and safety procedures.
- Ability to work long shifts in a fast‑paced construction environment.
