Adult Content Manager – Immediate Start

About the role

This temporary, full‑time position is based in Chessington and focuses on driving content strategy for top‑tier creators across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. You will ensure a constant flow of fresh, high‑performing ideas that align with each creator’s brand and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the content ideas pipeline for all top‑tier models, generating concepts tailored to each platform.
• Develop hooks, angles and narratives that capture attention and encourage audience interaction.
• Lead, train and manage a small creative team of three assistants, setting quality standards and efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with editing, camera and production teams to turn ideas into polished, platform‑specific content.
• Oversee the scripting pipeline, reviewing and approving scripts to maintain a consistent voice and conversion focus.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive mindset, able to anticipate trends and adapt concepts based on performance data.
• Experience leading small creative teams and delivering high‑volume content without sacrificing quality.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram and YouTube content dynamics.
