Adult Content Model Manager

About the role

The Adult Content Model Manager will oversee a portfolio of creators, ensuring smooth operations, strong relationships and revenue growth for a media‑focused agency. This full‑time position is based in Chessington and involves proactive account management across the creator lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Creator Relationship Management: own a portfolio of creators, lead onboarding/off‑boarding, conduct regular check‑ins and act as the internal voice for creator needs.
• Retention & churn management: meet retention targets, monitor health metrics, develop recovery plans and analyse churn drivers to reduce attrition.
• Revenue growth & upselling: identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, expand adoption of agency services and collaborate with paywall and marketing teams.
• Creator success operations: provide weekly to‑do lists, track content creation scores, build scalable processes and maintain accurate CRM records.

Required profile

• Proactive communicator with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and act on churn signals.
• Comfort working with creators across different tiers and cultures.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple workflows simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools for record‑keeping and reporting.
