About the role
Our client is seeking an Adult Registered Manager to lead their care operations on a permanent basis. This Level 5 registered management position offers a salary of £36,000 to £38,000 plus a performance‑based bonus. The role sits at the heart of their healthcare and social services provision, giving you the chance to make a real difference in how the team delivers care and support.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage adult care services, ensuring full regulatory compliance and high quality standards.
- Drive improvements in care delivery and support, shaping the direction and culture of the service.
Required profile
- Current Level 5 registration as a Registered Manager with the relevant regulatory body.
- Proven experience managing adult care services in a regulated health or social‑care setting.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, quality assurance, and compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate a care team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders, regulators, and partner organisations.
