Adult Support Worker (Days) – Winsford

About the role
Join iMap’s dedicated team in a 4‑bed adult residential home in Winsford, providing day‑time support to adults with autism. You will help individuals develop independence, enjoy social activities, and achieve personal goals in a caring environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist adults with autism with personal care, daily routines and social participation.
- Implement and follow individualised support plans, monitoring progress and reporting changes.
- Collaborate with colleagues, families and external partners to maintain a safe, inclusive setting.
- Participate in regular training sessions to keep best‑practice knowledge up to date.
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
Required profile
- A caring, patient and reliable attitude with genuine interest in supporting adults with autism.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic literacy and numeracy to complete records accurately.
- Willingness to learn, attend training and develop professionally.
