About the role
Our client, Oldham Council, is seeking an Adults Social Worker to join their MASH (Multi‑Agency Safeguarding Hub) team. The role is full‑time and temporary, with a hybrid working pattern agreed with the Team Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Provide adult social work services as part of the MASH front‑door team.
- Assess and respond to safeguarding concerns in line with council procedures.
- Collaborate with partner agencies to ensure coordinated support for adults at risk.
Required profile
- Experience working in a front‑door service such as Adult MASH or a Duty Team.
- Relevant qualifications in line with the JDPS standards.
- Willingness to register with Remedy for locum positions.
- Ability to undertake an Enhanced DBS disclosure.
- Commitment to a hybrid working arrangement (minimum three days in the office).
