About the role

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medication within your scope of practice.
• Manage both minor and complex cases, ensuring evidence‑based care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Required profile

• Advanced clinical qualifications or certifications appropriate to the role.
• Registration with the relevant professional body.
• Proven experience in urgent or primary care settings (preferred).
