Advanced Practitioner – Supportive & Stable Team (Lincolnshire)

About the role

We are seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join a supportive, stable front‑line team delivering child and family services in Lincolnshire. You will work from our Louth base, collaborating with partner agencies to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children throughout the referral, CIN, CP and care‑proceedings pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive child and family assessments.
• Coordinate with partner agencies such as Family Help, Family Group Decision Making and health services.
• Manage cases within the CIN and CP frameworks, including private and public law proceedings.
• Operate on a three‑week duty rota, handling new cases during on‑duty weeks while working office‑based.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safeguarding standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing children in CIN and CP contexts.
• Experience handling private and public law care proceedings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with families and multi‑agency partners.
• Willingness to register with Remedy and undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure.
