Adventure Tours Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Adventure Tours Consultant to join a leading adventure‑tour operator. You will combine your love of travel with proven sales expertise to guide customers through the booking process and inspire them to embark on unforgettable group adventures.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert knowledge of worldwide destinations and adventure tours.
• Inspire customers with enthusiasm for adventure holidays and recommend suitable itineraries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service from initial enquiry through post‑booking support.
• Maximise sales opportunities, meet and exceed KPI and sales targets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers after bookings.
• Handle all pre‑departure queries efficiently and professionally.

Required profile

• Strong geographical knowledge and personal travel experience across at least three continents.
• Demonstrated sales experience within the travel industry, including flight sales.
• A genuine passion for activity‑based and adventure travel.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary £28,000‑£35,000 per year, plus uncapped commission.
• Hybrid working – three days per week in a South London office.
• Standard Monday‑Friday hours (9‑6) with one Saturday shift per month.
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme and adventure‑travel perks.
