Advertising Sales Executive

About the role

The company is seeking an office‑based Advertising Sales Executive to grow its print and digital advertising portfolio. You will work from a modern Glasgow office, engaging with well‑known brands and helping the business expand its revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business by identifying and sourcing leads for print and digital advertising.
• Pitch and convert prospects primarily via telephone or Microsoft Teams meetings.
• Conduct market mapping using LinkedIn and other market‑mapping tools.
• Build trust and rapport with key industry contacts.
• Maintain and develop existing client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed set revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven success in a fast‑moving sales environment (print or digital media experience preferred but not essential).
• Excellent organisational abilities.
• Clear, engaging communication on phone, video call, or email.
• Strong commercial acumen and desire to be the best.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High determination and positivity.

• LinkedIn for market research and prospecting.
• Microsoft Teams for virtual meetings.
