Advisory Presales Solution Consultant – Risk & SecOps

About the role

As a member of ServiceNow’s Risk & Security Solution Consulting team, you will act as a technical and domain expert supporting the sales organisation. You will help drive new business by delivering advisory guidance, product demonstrations and solution positioning throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise on risk and security solutions.
• Lead discovery workshops to uncover customer challenges and align ServiceNow products.
• Deliver product demonstrations and proof‑of‑concepts that showcase solution value.
• Develop and present solution architectures and advisory recommendations.
• Collaborate with product management and executive leadership to shape offerings and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Required profile

• Hands‑on technical consultant with deep knowledge of risk and security domains.
• Proven ability to influence sales cycles and meet revenue goals.
• Strong communication skills for client‑facing workshops and presentations.
• Experience working closely with sales, product and executive teams.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex enterprise solutions and translate them into business outcomes.
