Aerospace & Defence Management Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Management Consultant to join a high‑performing team delivering large‑scale transformation programmes for aerospace manufacturers, defence organisations and Tier‑1 suppliers. The role is hybrid, based in London with occasional travel to client sites across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workstreams or modules within complex business and operational transformation programmes.
• Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOMs) for aerospace and defence clients.
• Facilitate client workshops to capture requirements, solve problems and drive innovation.
• Support programme delivery through governance, risk management and agile or waterfall methodologies.
• Contribute to proposal development and internal capability building.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the aerospace and defence sector (essential).
• Background in consulting or industry delivering transformation programmes.
• Strong expertise in at least one of: supply chain, manufacturing, quality, digital engineering, or programme delivery.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and own end‑to‑end workstreams.
• Willingness to travel to UK client sites.
